I am an executive coach and seasoned global HR leader who helps leaders navigate change, make tough decisions, and lead through complexity. With more than 20 years of experience in complex global organizations, including VP and CHRO-level roles, I bring the perspective of someone who has sat in the executive seat and understands the realities of leading people and organizations.
As the founder of Prism Leadership Partners, I work with senior leaders and organizations through executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic talent consulting. My experience spans manufacturing, financial services, retail, healthcare, and logistics, with a focus on leadership effectiveness, organizational change, talent strategy, succession, and organizational design. I have also served as an interim and fractional CHRO, helping organizations build the leadership capability and people strategies needed to support growth and transformation.
My coaching style is practical, candid, and grounded in curiosity. I help leaders cut through the noise, understand what may be getting in their way, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. I combine business rigor with deep people expertise and believe that insight is most valuable when it can be translated into action.
