The Coaches’ Café is more than individual coaching. We offer events and experiences designed to educate, inform, and engage our community, creating opportunities to learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and grow together as we belong, believe, and become.
Team Networking Group (TNG) is an independent organization, and TNG Boost is offered by TNG as a resource for members of the broader Café community.
Café Job Circle
The Café Job Circle is a weekly conversation for people who are actively looking for their next opportunity or navigating a career transition.
The group meets Mondays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM Central (12 PM Eastern). The conversation is shaped by the people who join us each week, with practical career advice, shared experiences, networking, and the opportunity to ask questions and get support from the community.
There is no fee to participate. Come when the conversation is useful to you, build relationships, and stay connected to a community of people who believe in one another.
TNG Boost
TNG Boost is a weekly interactive videoconference focused on the challenges and successes of people navigating a job search or career transition.
The group meets Tuesdays, 6:00 PM Central (7:00 PM Eastern). Everyone has an opportunity to check in, share what is happening in their search, and learn from the experiences of others. Networking among members is strongly encouraged as another way to expand opportunities and connections.
There is no monthly fee to participate. Individual coaching is available for an additional fee, and TNG Boost members receive priority consideration for available TNG Gold openings.
