On an ongoing basis, we facilitate or participate in various virtual book discussions--current opportunities are featured below. Some of these book discussions are open to the public and some are by invitation only. The discussions are offered in the spirit of the Café to educate, inform and engage the community as we help people belong, believe and become.
6-Session Discussion
Beginning October 12, 2021, this 6-session discussion will explore the concepts and application of conscious capitalism. The discussion group will meet by Zoom, every other Tuesday from 12:00 - 1:00 PM, Central Time.
This discussion is being offered through Conscious Capitalism Chicago.
There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
8-Session Discussion
Beginning September 11, 2021, this 8-session discussion will explore how individuals can leverage a framework to flip obstacles into opportunities, an approach crafted by Ryan Holiday. It was inspired by the philosophy of stoicism.
The discussion group will meet by Zoom, every other Saturday from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Central Time. This discussion is being offered through the Coaches' Café.
