The Coaches’ Café provides an effective space for individuals to work with individual coaches to clarify long-term personal dreams, focus near-term goals and align immediate actions to live a deeper, richer life. For some individuals, this clarity is achieved through focusing on career issues. For other individuals, clarity if achieved through a career pivot or through focusing on life transformation. For senior leaders, clarity often requires a deeper assessment of past career success while pursuing deeper impact and significance. The Coaches’ Café provides the opportunity to explore different focus areas within coaching with the perfect coach for your needs.
